FULL-TIME FIREFIGHTER/PARAMEDIC (preferred) OR FIREFIGHTER/EMT - Responds to emergency calls, including fire and medical emergencies.  Station duties include general maintenance of facility and firefighting/medical trucks and equipment. Current State of Florida Firefighter certification, Paramedic License in good standing, or Emergency Medical Technician certification, State of Florida Driver’s license, and CPR certification required.  Starting salary for Firefighter/EMT approximately $45,493.00- $48,981.00 (DOQ) (Includes FLSA overtime) plus benefits. Starting salary for Firefighter/Paramedic approximately $53,075.00 - $57,170.00 (DOQ) (Includes FLSA overtime) plus benefits. 

 

Successful applicants must undergo pre-employment physical and substance testing, and background investigation prior to final approval. All applications are subject to Florida Public Records Laws.
