PERMIT TECHNICIAN – Part-Time- Advanced technical and administrative work, responsible for processing building permit applications through the permitting cycle, routing plans to plans examiners, issuing permits, inspection scheduling, and the archiving of completed projects. Work involves varied and highly responsible clerical, technical, and administrative functions in the processing and examination of applications and inspection requests for building permits and certificates of occupancy. OPEN UNTIL FILLED
Pay range $16.89 - $26.17 plus benefits depending on qualifications and experience.
