High Springs Parks & R.E.C. (Recreation, Education & Culture) is proud to announce the installation of all-new playground equipment at High Springs' Walter Howard Park, located at 18651 NW 250th Street.
The $70,000 project, funded through a Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), replaces thirty-year-old playground equipment that was previously installed at the park. Further improvements to Walter Howard Park are scheduled over the next two years.
