CITY OF HIGH SPRINGS
REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL
The City of High Springs, Florida is requesting proposals from qualified Design and Build Teams to provide the design, engineering, and construction of a sign for the Santa Fe Canoe Outpost.
Bid specifications may be obtained at City Hall, 23718 W US Hwy 27, High Springs, Florida, 32643, (386)454-1416 or online at www.highsprings.gov.
An original and two (2) copies of the proposal are to be returned in a sealed envelope to the attention of the City Clerk, located in the High Springs City Hall, 23718 W US Hwy 27, High Springs, Florida 32643, no later than 4:00 P.M., Tuesday, June 20, 2023. City Hall’s Office Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Proposals shall not be presented at any other location. Proposals presented after the time and date indicated above shall be refused. The time indicated on the date stamp located in City Hall is considered the official time.
SEALED ENVELOPES MUST BE MARKED:
"SANTA FE CANOE OUTPOST SIGN"

Bids must be submitted in full accordance with the requirements of the specifications and shall include proof of worker’s compensation and proof of insurance.
THE CITY OF HIGH SPRINGS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL PROPOSALS AND TO ACCEPT THE BID FOUND TO BE IN THE BEST INTEREST OF THE CITY.
