*TROPICAL STORM ELSA UPDATE # 03*

As of the 11AM advisory, TS Elsa was located about 850 miles SE of High Springs, moving WNW at 13 MPH, with maximum sustained winds of 60 MPH.
It is still too early to know the exact impact Elsa will have in our area, though any effects from the storm are expected late Tuesday night through Wednesday.
Recent, and continued heavy rainfall could enhance the potential for flooding in some areas. River levels are being monitored. At this time, there are no sandbag locations established. If/when sandbags are needed, we will share that information.
