CITY OF HIGH SPRINGS PAVING PROJECT # ITB-2025-01

 

The City of High Springs invites qualified companies to submit bids for a paving project as defined in the Scope of Services for ITB-#2025-01. 

 

Official Bid Documents are available at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).  Electronic Bids may be submitted at Central Bidding (www.centralbidding.com).  For questions related to the electronic bidding process, please call Central Bidding at 225-810-4814.  

 

Bid Documents are also available on the City Website www.highsprings.gov

 

Bids can be hand delivered, overnight mailed, or mailed to:

Bids must be submitted to the Office of the City Clerk by 4:00 pm, on June 16, 2025.

To be considered, the Firm or Individual can submit an original and two (2) copies of the Bid in a sealed envelope or package, clearly marked with the Firm’s or individual’s name and address, and the words “City of High Springs Paving Project #ITB: 2025-01”. 

 

**ALL BIDS MUST BE MARKED “SEALED BID” AND INCLUDE BID IDENTIFICATION # ON OUTSIDE OF ENVELOPE BEING SUBMITTED**

**Any bids received without proper external labeling will be rejected**

Late submittals received after the aforementioned deadline date, either by mail or otherwise, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. THE TIME OF RECEIPT WILL BE DETERMINED BY THE TIME RECEIVED IN THE cITY OF HIGH SPRINGS CITY HALL—CITY CLERK’S OFFICE. IT IS THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE FIRM OR INDIVIDUAL FOR ASSURING THAT THE RFP IS RECEIVED BY THE DESIGNATED DATE. NO FAXED, emailed OR ORAL RFP WILL BE ACCEPTED.

ACCEPTANCE AND REJECTIONS

 

The City reserves the right to reject any or all submissions with or without cause; to waive any or all irregularities with regard to the specification and to select the Respondent offering the greatest benefit to the City. Questions, clarification, or further information regarding the RFP may be obtained at the City Clerk’s Office. The City reserves the right to delay or modify the above dates and timeline as needed.
