Mrs. Stone was appointed City Clerk as of January 1, 2023. She previously served as the Deputy City Clerk from October 2018, and the Assistant City Clerk from October 2014-September 2018. She started her employment with the City of High Springs in November of 2007. Mrs. Stone was awarded the International Institute of Municipal Clerks’ (IIMC) designation of “Certified Municipal Clerk” in January 2018 and in October of 2021 received her “Master Municipal Clerk” designation.
