- Requests may be made verbally or in writing and anonymously.
- The City must respond in good faith and within a reasonable time.
- Exempt or confidential information will be redacted as required by law.
- The City is not required to create new records or reformat existing records.
- Fees may apply for extensive use of technology or staff services.
