Monthly Rates

Effective 10/16/25

Garbage Rates

  • Residential 96-gallon cart: $30.75 per month.
  • Commercial 96-gallon cart: $36.10 per month.

Water Rates

  • Base Rate: $15.55  (Irrigation: $13.68)
  • First 3,000 gallons: $3.12 per 1,000 gallons
  • Next 2,000 gallons: $3.52 per 1.000 gallons
  • Next 10,000 gallons: $3.83 per 1,000 gallons
  • Next 1,000 and above: $4.15 per 1,000 gallons

Sewer Rates- Residential

  • Base Rate: $68.30 up to 5,000 gallons
  • $7.96 per 1,000 gallons thereafter

Sewer Rates- Commercial

  • Base Rate: $81.54 up to 5,000 gallons
  • $7.96 per 1,000 gallons thereafter

 

Per Resolutions 2020-K and 2020-L, Water and Sewer rates will increase by CPI-U (Consumer Price Index- Utilities) in July of each year.
