WaterSmart

Welcome to WaterSmart! 



WaterSmart is a new online customer portal offered by the City of High Springs that allows you to: 

  • Track your water use
  • Set alerts for possible leaks or unusual usage
  • Provides you with personalized tips on saving water
  • Allows you to set communications preferences 

To set up your WaterSmart Portal: 

  1. Go to highspringsfl.watersmart.com
  2. Click on Login
  3. Input your Account number and zipcode
  4. Walk through the automated registration flow 

 

You are now registered for your WaterSmart portal. Make sure you sign up for alerts so you can stay informed about leaks and other high-usage events. Need to pay your bill? Look for the link in your portal to access your regular Civic Pay payment account.
