REPORT DUE DATES

NOVEMBER 3,2026 ELECTION

 PENALTY FOR LATE FILING:

Any candidate or political committee failing to file a report on the designated due date shall be subject to a fine of $50 per day for the first 3 days late and thereafter, $500 per day for each late day, not to exceed 25 percent of the total receipts or expenditures, whichever is greater, for the period covered by the late report.  However, for the reports immediately preceding the election, the fine shall be $500 per day for each late day, not to exceed 25 percent of the total receipts or expenditures, whichever is greater, for the period  covered by the late report.  The fine must be paid from the candidate’s personal funds- not campaign funds. (FSS. 106.07(8))

CITY HALL IS OPEN MONDAY – THURSDAY 7:30 A.M. TO 6:00 P.M.  REPORTS DUE ON FRIDAYS MUST BE RECEIVED IN THE CITY CLERK’S OFFICE BY 6:00 PM ON THURSDAY, OR IF MAILED, MUST BE POSTMARKED NO LATER THAN THE DUE DATE.
