To Vote by Mail, the below form must be completed and can be delivered to the City Clerk or you can go to the Alachua County Supervisor of Elections website to request.

You must now renew your request every two years! Pursuant to Florida Statutes §101.62(a), the maximum amount of time your request can be honored is "[f]or all elections through the end of the calendar year of the next regularly scheduled general election." In other words, please be sure to renew your request for a vote-by-mail ballot at the beginning of each odd-numbered year by contacting the Alachua County Supervisor of Election Office.
You can renew your mail ballot request online through the ALACHUA COUNTY SUPERVISOR OF ELECTIONS OFFICE.
You must request a ballot to be mailed to you by 5:00 p.m. on the 12th day before the election, October 23, 2025.
The postal service recommends that voters mail ballots at least one week before the due date to account for any unforeseen events or weather issues and to allow for timely receipt and processing by election officials. It is important for voters to let us know of any address changes - mail ballots cannot be forwarded (make sure the Supervisor of Elections office has your current mailing address).
